apprenticeship as refrigeration mechanic, 10 years in industrial refrigeration technology. More than 15 yeary working in the field of complex air-conditioning systems for mission critical infrastructures like Datacenter and industrial plants.
In October 2014, Tobias founded “dehmel SYSTEMPLANUNG” as an independent company for consulting and planning of mission critical facilities and infrastructurs.
In the same year, Tobias started the development of 2phase Immersion Cooling technology in cooperation with 3M.
